Program Designation : Certified Resonant Executive Coach (CREC )
Certified Resonant Executive Coach Certification is an executive coach certification program which is designed specifically for those who aim to be certified professional executive coach. This program has been approved and accredited by ICF ( Level 1 )
The 80-hour certification program offers robust, comprehensive skills and knowledge on professional executive coaching using 8 ICF Competencies and the philosophy of Resonant Coaching Model which comprises of 4 main pillars and another 4 supporting pillars.

The four main pillars are :
- Empowering : Coach and client fosters each coaching session by submitting to the relationship between coach and client. Coach and client are partnering on upholding the agreed agenda in each session for the growth and development of the coachee throughout the empowered relationship
- Creativity : Coach and client will creatively design each of the coaching session, work on it, bring the most out of the coachee
- Learning : Each coaching has embedded learning for both coach and client, to learn as complete person who possesses abundant resources, skills, knowledge and good natured well-being
- Transformation : Each session is to bring the most of the coachee, transform his life to his fullest fulfillment, joy and happiness
The four main pillars are then served by four supporting pillars which are Listening, Curiosity, Powerful Questioning, Mindfulness Intuitiveness

Mentor Coaching :
- Total 10 hours of mentor coaching

- 7 hours of group mentoring
