Transformative Coaching based on ICF, USA – ICF PCC Markers

Integration coach program offers 70-hour comprehensive skills and knowledge  at PCC credential on professional coaching, including mentoring using PCC Markers on ICF Core Competencies

Course Modules :

The program is divided into two phases :

Phase I :

• 2 days of OFFLINE Training
• 6 online sessions [  @3 hours & 2 hours/ session ]
• 6 observed coaching sessions
• Coach the Person, not the problem technique
• Coaching Technique T.O.S.M
• Systemic Coaching
• Metaphor and visual language
• Neuroscience for coaches

Phase II :

• Group Mentoring at PCC  Level using ICF Core Competencies PCC Markers
• One on One Mentoring at PCC Level using  ICF Core Competencies PCC Markers
• Peer Coaching & Coaching Practice
• Performance Evaluation PCC Level – coaching recording + transcript

Course Structure :

• 50 hours face-to-face/online training
• 6 observed coaching sessions for each participant
• 12 hours of mentoring sessions [ PCC Level ]
• 5 hours of coaching supervision
• 20 hours of coaching practice
• 2 days of offline/onsite training
• 6 month-comprehensive coach training program
• Written homework
• Case Studies
• Coaching homework

Total : 70  Hours of Coach Training Hours

Requirement :

• Has completed Fundamental + Advanced coach certification program by RCA or minimum 60 hours of similar coach program accredited by ICF, USA
• 80% Attendance of the total course
• Coaching Practice 20 hours
• Mentor Coaching 12 hours
• Coach Supervision 5 hours
• Full participation of six-month 70 hour-coach training program
• Able to follow the course delivery through the certification program
• Complete administration process and course fee

Terms of Payment

Cancellation Policy :

1. If the participant chooses to cancel the training program with any means, then the participant must send an email to RCA via email: [email protected]
2. Cancellation less than 30 working days from the training date, there will be a reduction in administrative fees of Idr 1,000,000. Cancellation less than 20 working days from the training date, there will be a reduction of Idr 2,500,000. Less than 5 days IDR 5,000,000 The processing fee [including bank fees and handling fees] for this cancellation is IDR 500,000, excluding the administration fee mentioned above.
3. After RCA receives a cancellation notification from the participant, the RCA will process the cancellation and the cancellation process will take a maximum of 30 business days
4. In the event of a riot, natural disaster that resulted in this program can not run, then the Resonant Coaching Associates will notify the date of the change and if the participant decides not to want to participate in this training after a riot or natural disaster, due to any cause, then the Resonant Coaching Associates will refund the cost of this training in full.
