Refund, Cancellation, Transfer Credit & Illness Policy
- Refund Policy [ English ]
If for some reason, I want to cancel this training, then I am willing to follow the rules specified by the RCA as follows:
- If the participant chooses to cancel the training program with any means, then the participant must send an email to RCA via email: [email protected]
- Cancellation of less than 30 business days from the date of training, there will be a reduction in administrative costs of Rp 1,000,000 Cancellation of less than 20 working days from the date of training, there will be a reduction of Rp 2,500,000. Less than 5 working days is Rp 5.000.000
- There will be processing and handling fee of Rp 500.000 incurred on top of administration fees stated on point 1 and point 2
- After the RCA receives a cancellation notification from the participant, the RCA will process the cancellation and the cancellation process will take a maximum of 30 business days
- In the event of a riot, natural disaster that resulted in this program can not run, then the Resonant Coaching Associates will notify the date of the change and if the participant decides not to want to participate in this training after a riot or natural disaster, due to any cause, then the Resonant Coaching Associates will refund the cost of this training in full.

Apabila karena alasan tertentu, saya hendak membatalkan mengikuti pelatihan ini, maka saya bersedia mengikuti peraturan yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak RCA sebagai berikut :
- Apabila peserta memilih untuk membatalkan mengikuti pelatihan program ini dengan alasa apapun, maka peserta harus mengirimkan email kepada RCA via email : [email protected]
- Pembatalan kurang dari 30 hari kerja dari tanggal pelatihan, akan ada pengurangan biaya administrasi sebesar Rp 1.000.000. Pembatalan kurang dari 20 hari kerja dari tanggal pelatihan, akan ada pengurangan sebesar Rp 2.500.000. Kurang dari 5 hari Rp 5.000.000
- Biaya pemrosesan [ sudah termasuk biaya bank dan handling fee ] untuk pembatalan ini sebesar Rp 500.000 di luar biaya administrasi yang disebutkan di point 1 dan point 2
- Setelah RCA menerima notifikasi pembatalan dari peserta, maka RCA akan memroses pembatalan tersebut dan proses pembatalan akan memakan waktu maksimal 30 hari kerja
- Apabila terjadi huru-hara, bencana alam yang mengakibatkan program ini tidak bisa berjalan, maka pihak Resonant Coaching Associates akan memberitahukan tanggal perubahan dan apabila peserta memutuskan tidak ingin mengikuti pelatihan ini setelah kejadian huru-hara maupun bencana alam, dikarenakan sebab apapun, maka pihak Resonant Coaching Associates akan mengembalikan biaya pelatihan ini secara penuh
Transfer of Credit Policy [ English ]
- Participants who have completed coaching training at a coaching school that has been accredited by ICF can continue the program at RCA for both Fundamental and Advanced by showing evidence that the participant has completed the coaching program at the school.
- If participants do not complete the training at RCA in full, then RCA will issue a Attendance Certificate stating that the participant has completed a certain number of hours of coaching training at RCA.
Transfer of Credit Policy [ Bahasa Indonesia ]
- Peserta yang telah menyelesaikan pelatihan coaching di sekolah/pelatihan lain yang telah dikakreditasi oleh ICF dapat melanjutkan program di RCA baik untuk Fundamental maupun Advance dengan menunjukkan bukti telah menyelesaikan coaching program di sekolah/pelatihan coaching
- Demikian pula, apabila peserta tidak menyelesaikan pelatihan coaching di RCA, maka pihak RCA akan menerbitkan Sertifikat Kehadiran yang menyatakan bahwa peserta telah menyelesaikan jumlah jam pelatihan coaching di RCA
Illness Policy : [ English ]
If the participant is unable to complete the entire training due to an illness that is not possible for participants to participate in the training then:
- RCA will issue a Certificate of Attendance in accordance with the hours that have been attended by participants.
- If the participant still wants to take the training, the participant is given 1 year to complete the rest of the training.
- If the participant does not want to continue, then the remaining training hours can be transferred to others with a letter of appointment from the participant / guardian of the participant.
- In the event that the participant wants the settlement of the remaining training costs in the form of money, the RCA will refund the remaining training costs proratedly minus the administrative cost of Rp 1,000,000 [USD80] provided that the participant presents a doctor’s certificate stating the participant cannot complete the training due to an illness that is not possible for the participant to attend the training

- Jika peserta tidak dapat menyelesaikan seluruh pelatihan karena penyakit yang tidak memungkinkan bagi peserta untuk berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan maka: RCA akan mengeluarkan Certificate of Attendance sesuai dengan jam yang telah diikuti oleh peserta.
- Jika peserta masih ingin mengikuti pelatihan, peserta diberikan waktu 1 tahun untuk menyelesaikan sisa pelatihan.
- Jika peserta tidak ingin melanjutkan, maka sisa jam pelatihan dapat dialihkan kepada orang lain dengan surat janji dari peserta/wali peserta.
- Dalam hal peserta menginginkan penyelesaian sisa biaya pelatihan dalam bentuk uang, RCA akan mengembalikan sisa biaya pelatihan secara prorata dikurangi biaya administrasi sebesar Rp 1.000.000 [USD80] asalkan peserta menunjukkan sertifikat dokter yang menyatakan peserta tidak dapat menyelesaikan pelatihan karena penyakit yang tidak memungkinkan bagi peserta untuk mengikuti pelatihan
